I help adults struggling with anxiety, chronic stress, trauma, and overwhelm feel more grounded, steady, and connected to themselves and others.
Many of my clients are used to being the strong one — the helper, the caretaker, the person who keeps pushing through no matter how heavy life gets. Therapy can be a place to finally put some of that weight down, make sense of what’s been hard, and start moving forward again.
Get to Know me
My approach focuses heavily on the mind-body connection, helping clients understand how stress, trauma, and overwhelm impact both emotional and physical well-being.
Using evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy and EMDR, I help clients calm the nervous system, process difficult experiences, and build healthier ways to move through life.
I bring a grounded, honest presence to therapy, and nothing really surprises me. You don’t need to have the “right words” when you show up here — just a willingness to begin.
I care deeply about creating a space where clients feel genuinely supported, understood, and safe enough to do meaningful work and create lasting change.
My Christian faith is an important part of who I am and naturally influences my compassion, honesty, and grounded perspective. Faith-based conversations are always client-led and incorporated only when desired.
I am originally from the Midwest, but I now live in the beautiful desert of Phoenix, Arizona. I see clients virtually only and am licensed to serve those who are residents of Arizona or Nevada.
If you’re ready for things to feel different, therapy can be a place to finally put some of the weight down and start moving forward.
I meet clients with honesty, empathy, and a focus on real change — not endless talking without direction.
You don’t have to figure it out alone.
